Job Description:
Are you a motivated and goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Adzone Digitals is seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients and supporting our sales team in generating leads.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to schedule appointments.
Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments are well-prepared and aligned with business goals.
Update and manage the CRM system with accurate information on client interactions and appointment details.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Handle objections and provide appropriate information
Requirments:
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
